The employees seem unmotivated and irresponsible. I asked about the price of a MacBook Air with a 1TB SSD (and other specific parameters), as well as the estimated delivery time. The employee took a photo of the MacBook specifications and my phone number, saying that someone would call me the next day with detailed information. Two days later, since no one had called, I went back to the store. A new employee contacted the first one and told me that he had simply forgotten about it. He promised to call me the next day. A week has passed, and I still haven’t received any call. I’m glad I didn’t pay in advance for the new MacBook - with such poor organization, who knows when it would have been delivered.

Website says that they have item in stock in Galerija store but in the store they are only offering 5x more expensive alternative.

Scummy prices for not-so-good stuff. They sold me a protective iPhone screen glass for 5300 which somehow cracked the next day, and refused to replace it or do anything with it. Even the cheapest AliExpress glasses last longer. Another fun fact is that this same glass (NEXT bla-bla) is listed in their own web store almost 2 times cheaper, so they seem to make prices higher just because of the location of this particular store. Check prices online before buying.
