Problem with a status

I can't set a status

You first change your status at the restaurant and then when you arrive to the customer.

If you arrive at the destination but can't select the status, take the following steps:

1. Make sure you're connected to the internet and GPS is working.

2. Go to Menu → Your phone's location settings → enable "High accuracy" or "Use all sources".

3. Try turning your phone off and on again.

If this didn't resolve the issue, contact the operator.

To get a prompt response, send the order number and the status you wanted to set to the chat, describe the error, and attach a screenshot showing the error from the app.

I accidentally set a wrong status

You first change your status at the restaurant and then when you arrive to the customer. We don't have the technical means to revert your status.

Please make sure you're setting statuses correctly when making future deliveries.
