The great plus was very pleasant and kind administrator Alyona , who met me and washed and dryed my hair , then Yakov came to cut my hair, but when I asked to cut my long hair just in the point of my shoulders I surprisely got very short haircat. I mentioned what i want a few times and even showed a picture on the lenght i want… so i was really unhappy and they even didn’t exuse or proposed me discount.
