Fees
Yandex's remuneration for the right to use the Software (Database and Program) with a single API key is the base cost for the License period, which includes the number of Requests per day defined in these Terms of Use, plus remuneration for the next 1,000 Requests over the number of Requests included in the base cost.
Yandex's Fee for providing the Software shall include the minimum payment for the Service term (that may equal one (1) calendar year) which includes the limit of unique map users per day (DAU) in the application, as well as the payment for each subsequent thoousand of DAU over the number of DAU included in the minimum payment as specified in Table 1 below.
If the number of DAU on any given day is more than the number of DAU that is included in the minimum payment, the difference between the number of DAU included in the minimum payment and the number of DAU on these days is rounded up to the nearest thousand.
When determining the amount of remuneration, numbers are mathematically rounded to the nearest hundredth of a ruble.
The base cost is not subject to refund, regardless of how much the Database and Software Package were used by the Licensor during the license period.
