Check if internet access is allowed on your device.

  1. Open your device settings.

  2. Tap ConnectionsSIM manager.
  3. If your device has multiple SIM cards installed, choose the one you want to use for mobile data exchange.
  4. Enable the Mobile internet.

Make sure that:

  • You've granted all the required permissions in your device settings.

  • You've specified the correct region in the Yandex Start app settings:

    Go to (profile picture) → App settings → Location. If Set manually is enabled and you have the wrong city there, enable Set automatically.

  • The app is allowed to access your location.
