History
Yandex Start saves your search and browsing history by default.
Note
Your search and browsing history is stored for 90 days. Entries older than 90 days, including search suggestions, are deleted.
Open History
- Tap the icon with the number of tabs (, if you have 7 tabs open).
- Tap .
If you enable syncing in the app, the history is saved in the shared storage on the server and is available on all your devices.
Open search history
View search history
In Yandex Start, tap the search bar. Your previous search queries will appear below.
Save search query history

Go to (profile picture) → App settings.
- Turn on the option Save search history.
Hide your search history
Clear cache

Go to (profile picture) → App settings.
- Tap Clear data.
- Select Cache.
- Tap Clear data.
Delete all history

Go to (profile picture) → App settings.
- Tap Clear data.
- Select Local history on device. Turn off all the other options (if you only want to delete the history).
- Tap Clear data and confirm.
Turn off history saving

Go to (profile picture) → App settings.
- Disable Save search history.
Delete history
All history
- Tap the icon with the number of tabs (, if you have 7 tabs open).
- Tap .
- In the upper-right corner, tap .
- Tap Close.
One page
- Tap the tab counter icon ( if 3 tabs are open).
- Tap .
- Tap and hold the page name.
- In the context menu, select Delete.
