Edit survey

Note

If the survey is targeted, you can only edit it while it has the Draft status.

To edit the survey:

  1. Go to My surveys.
  2. Open a survey.
  3. Make your edits. They're saved automatically. If you're editing an active survey for your own base, click Publish changes.

Survey statuses:

  • Draft: The survey has been created.
  • Under moderation: The survey is being checked for compliance with the requirements.
  • Rejected by moderators: The survey hasn't passed moderation. You can view the reason for the rejection in the Change the survey and restart it section.
  • Active: The survey has passed moderation and has been published.
  • Paused: The survey has been paused. You can start it again.
  • Completed: The survey has collected the number of responses needed.

Copy survey

To copy a survey:

  1. Open the My surveys page.
  2. Select image/svg+xml dots dots Created with Sketch. next to the desired survey.
  3. Select Create a copy.

The name, questions, and audience settings will be copied.

You can also copy from the survey page. To do this, click Copy survey and select the survey settings to copy.

Grant access to survey

To grant other users access to view and edit your survey:

  1. Open the survey and click Configure access.
  2. Enter the user's login.
  3. Click Add.

The user needs to have a Yandex username.

Delete survey

You can only change a survey in the Draft status. To do this:

  1. Open the My surveys page.
  2. Select image/svg+xml dots dots Created with Sketch. next to the desired survey.
  3. Select Delete.

Alert

You cannot restore a deleted survey.

Problems and their resolution

Can I copy a survey between different types of Survey Builders?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to copy a survey from one type of the Survey Builder to another.
