Problems and their resolution
Can I see the age, gender, and region of the audience in the survey report?
This data won't be included in the report. You can add questions about the age, gender, and region of respondents to your survey.
Why did I get more responses than I needed?
You might get a larger number of questionnaires for technical reasons. For example, multiple respondents were doing your survey at the same time at the moment when the required number of questionnaires was reached. You don't have to pay for these extra questionnaires.
Why aren't answers for some questions displayed in the Excel report?
If you export your report to Excel, answers to questions such as Long response, Short response, Text, Date and E-mail won't be displayed in the results on the Statistics tab. These answers may contain a unique answer.
To see unique answers, go to the Raw data tab.
