List of documents
If you pay for the survey as a legal entity or individual entrepreneur, Yandex automatically generates accounting documents:
Payment invoice
- You can download an electronic copy from Yandex Balance immediately after the payment invoice is issued.
Acceptance certificate and invoice

These documents are created after the survey is completed, separately for each account. They don't include the survey ID and name.
If the survey hasn't ended by the end of the month, an interim acceptance certificate and invoice for the cost for that month and the prepayment invoice for the entire invoice amount are generated.

You can view your detailed survey costs in your personal account in Yandex Balance.
Mailing period
Accounting documents are sent once a week:
- Copies of acceptance certificates and invoices are sent by email on Tuesdays.
- Original documents with signatures and seals are mailed within 3-5 working days after electronic copies are sent out.
E-copies of the documents agree with the originals. For accounting statements, you can use the ID, amount, and date of the acceptance certificate from the email.
Alert
The documents are sent to the email and postal addresses specified in the payer's information in Yandex Balance. Make sure that the addresses are up-to-date.
In Yandex Balance, you can request that original documents are re-sent to you. If you can't request documents via Yandex Balance, please contact: 2320@direct.yandex.ru (for residents of the Russian Federation) or vip-invoice@yandex-team.com (for non-residents of the Russian Federation).
