Driver's license

Your rating is linked to your driver's license in the app. So if you get a new driver's license, your rating needs to be transferred to it.

• Send us your old and new driver's license number.
• Please also attach color photos of your new driver's license (both sides).

Vehicle documents

• Contact us with the information that needs to be changed.
• Send 7 photos of the car: back seats, front passenger seat, right and left sides, front and back of the car, and open trunk at least half empty.
• Attach photos of the vehicle registration certificate.
