How to activate Yandex.Plus
Yandex.Plus is a single subscription to Yandex services.
Yandex.Plus members receive a 10% discount on all “Comfort” rides in Nur-Sultan and all “Comfort” and “Business” rides in Almaty, as well as bonuses for other Yandex services.
This discount is valid within Kazakhstan when ordering a taxi using the iOS or Android mobile app. This discount does not apply to corporate trips.

How to set up an account
Before you start using Yandex.Plus, make sure that your phone number is linked to your Yandex account:
- Go to the account management page in Yandex.Passport. The phone numbers linked to the account are listed in the Email inboxes and phone numbers section.
- Make sure that the main number is the same number that you use with Yandex.Taxi. If this is not the case, add the right number and set it as the main one.
Then restart the app. If you don't have the latest version of Yandex.Taxi for iOS or Android, please update it.

To learn how to subscribe, check the Yandex.Plus Help section.If you have a paid subscription but didn't receive a discount on your trip:
- Make sure that the phone number listed in the app matches the main number linked to your Yandex account. If this is not the case, add the number that is linked to your Yandex.Taxi app to your account and set it as the main one.
