Items left in the car
If less than 24 hours has passed: Call the driver — usually they are happy to return whatever you lost. You can find the Call button in the History section. It is enabled for 24 hours after your ride.
More than 24 hours have passed or you are unable to come to an agreement with the driver. Please describe the item you left in the car, and we'll help you get it back.
I lost the phone I ordered the car with. Contact us using the email you linked to the account or via the app after you restore your phone number and log in.
