I forgot things in the car
The best way to get an item back that you may have left in a car is to contact the driver as soon as possible. The driver's phone number is available in your ride history for 24 hours.
Please note that drivers often cannot answer the call because they work at different times of the day, are behind the wheel, or rest after a shift. We recommend you to make a few calls during the day.
If you have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact a driver, fill out the form below. Describe the item you lost and enter the date and time of your ride when you may have forgotten it, as well as the phone number you used to order the ride.
We will be happy to help you, but we cannot guarantee the safety of your forgotten items, since neither the service nor the partner drivers can be held responsible for items left in a vehicle after a ride is complete.
