How to add, change or delete an account

An account is a group of settings in the app linked to a phone number. You can create several accounts and switch between them — for example, when traveling. You can use different payment methods and promo codes, specify unique addresses, and much more for each individual account.

The first account is created when you confirm your phone number to start using the app.

How to add a new account

  1. Open the app menu .
  2. Tap the phone number, then tap again.
  3. Tap Select a different account.
  4. Enter your phone number and tap Next to have an SMS with a confirmation code sent to that number.
  5. Enter the code and tap Done (or Next) to activate the account.

How to change your account

  1. Open the app menu .
  2. Tap the phone number, then tap again.
  3. Swipe the account to the left or right, select a different one, and tap Next (or Continue).

How to delete your account

  1. Open the app menu .
  2. Tap the phone number.
  3. Tap Log out of profileDelete account (or Log out).
  4. Select a different account and tap Next.

Other method (only on iOS):

  1. Open the app menu .
  2. Tap the phone number, then tap again.
  3. Tap next to the account and confirm that you want to delete it.
  4. Select a different account and tap Next.
