Account registration

To register an account for Yandex Go for Business

1. Fill out the form on the site. Click the Request button and a form will open.
2. Fill in the five fields with your contact information.
3. Enter the CAPTCHA to show the system that you're not a robot.
4. Click the Create account button.
5. Access to your account is granted by Yandex ID. If you don't have a Yandex ID, register one.
6. Open your account. Fill in the remaining company information and click the Submit for review button.

Your information will be verified and you'll receive a notification that the account has been activated.

Top up your account

To start using the service, you need to top up your account. The minimum amount for your first top-up is ₸5,000.

1. Click the Company profile tab.
2. Enter the amount in the Create invoice field.
3. Follow the prompts.

Tell employees about the corporate account

Employees can request rides on their own without worrying about payment, receipts and change. All they need to do is install the Yandex Go app for iOS or Android and select the corporate payment method when requesting rides.
