How to get reconciliation reports

Reconciliation reports show information about mutual settlements between customers and Yandex. You can order documents with a signature and seal in the Yandex Balance service.
 
To do this, just fill out the order form here https://balance.yandex.kz/reconciliations.xml.

1. Go to the Reconciliation reports page.

2. In the drop-down list, choose:

   • The organization you worked with
   • The agreement number and end date (optional)
   • The payer
   • The reconciliation report period You can only select a closed period (full month).

3. Click the Enter email button. If you selected the payer previously, their address will already be in the field. If you want to change it, enter a new address and click OK.

4. Click the Order button.

The documents will be emailed to you within a few hours and be available to download on the order page.
