# Connection problems

1. Make sure that your device is connected to the internet. To check, use a browser or other apps.
1. Make sure that the Yandex app is allowed to access the internet.

    - Android

      Go to **Settings**&nbsp;→ **Connections and general access**&nbsp;→ **Data sharing** and make sure that the **Mobile internet** is enabled for the Yandex app.

    - iOS

      Go to **Settings**&nbsp;→ **Cellular** and make sure that access for the Yandex app is enabled in **Cellular data options**.

1. If you are connected to the internet but the problem with the app persists, contact us:
