Evaluate ad performance

You can see how well your ads are performing by looking at the statistical report. It contains data on the number of impressions, taps, plotted routes, calls, site visits, and campaign expenses.

To view the report, go to the Statistics tab, select the campaign and the report period.

The report shows the following metrics:

  • Impressions — each time a branded pin, banner, or billboard appear on a user's screen. An impression counts if they appear on the screen for more than 2 seconds.

  • Unique impressions — each time a branded pin, banner, or billboard appear on a new user's screen. An impression counts if they appear on the screen for more than 2 seconds.

  • Clicks — tapping a branded pin, banner, or billboard, after which an ad banner and action buttons are displayed.

  • CTR — click-through rate. The ratio of taps to impressions.

  • Routes — the number of routes that were changed to visit the organization after the tap.

  • Calls — the number of taps on the Call button.

  • To website — the number of visits to the advertiser's site.

  • Spending — the cost of an ad campaign per day or selected period.

  • Searches — the number of taps on the Where button.

  • Branded routes — the number of routes on which the ads were shown.

To export the report in XLS/XLSX format, click Export table to Excel.
