Rules for writing a letter of guarantee

  1. The letter of guarantee from a legal entity should include the organization's details (either in the document header or on the company letterhead):

    • Name of the organization.

    • Legal address.

    • Contact details.

  2. The final page of the letter of guarantee should include these details:

    • Organization seal.

    • Date of signing.

    • Signature of the authorized person.

The letter of guarantee must be signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person. If the latter, a certified copy of the power of attorney granting that person the right to sign relevant documents on behalf of the organization must be attached.

  3. All pages of the letter of guarantee should be bound into a single document. The sealing label should contain the following information:

    • Signature of the authorized person.

    • Organization seal.

    • Number of bound pages.

If the letter of guarantee isn't bound, each page must be numbered and signed by the signatory.

  4. The letter of guarantee should include the addresses of the advertised sites. You don't need to list the addresses of specific pages accessed from the ads displayed during the campaign. If such an address changes, the letter of guarantee will be deemed invalid.

    Example

    Correct address: www.site.ru or site.ru.

    Incorrect address: www.site.ru/price, www.site.ru/catalog.

  5. If the ad links to one site, but tapping that link redirects to a different site, the letter of guarantee should specify both domains.

    Example
If the ad specifies the address www.site1.ru, but opens the site www.site2.ru when tapped, make sure to specify both addresses in your letter of guarantee.
