# Ad labeling

Yandex complies with the Federal Law [On Advertising](https://www.consultant.ru/document/cons_doc_LAW_58968/). In Russia, there's a legal requirement to label ads (see more in [Ad labeling](https://yandex.com/adv/ad-labeling)). In your Geo Advertising account, provide the information:

- About your company, if you're a direct client.

- About the agency and the client, if you're an advertising agency.


## Fill in the data {#instruction}

- Direct client

  1. Where you can find the form to provide the details:
      
      - Open the **Company details** tab.
      
      - At the top of the page, click **Fill out company details**.
      
  1. Provide the advertiser information:
      
      - **Organization type**.
      
      - **Name**.
      
      - **INN (TIN)**.
      
  1. Make sure the **I am the end advertiser** option is enabled.

      After the form is saved, you can't disable this option.

  1. Click **Save**.
  

- Advertising agency

  1. Where you can find the form to provide the details:
      
      - Open the **Agency details** tab.
      
      - At the top of the page, click **Fill out agency details**.
      
  1. Provide the advertiser information:
      
      - **Organization type**.
      
      - **Name**.
      
      - **INN (TIN)**.
      
  1. Make sure the **I am the end advertiser** option is disabled.

      1. Click **Show advanced settings**.
      
      1. Enable the **I am the end advertiser** option.

  1. Go to the **Clients** tab and click the name of the client to enter or edit their details.
  
  1. Provide client information:
      
      - **Organization type**.
      
      - **Name**.
      
      - **INN (TIN)**.
      
  1. Enter the details of the contract between the agency and the client:
      
      - **Contract type**.
      
      - **Activities performed by the intermediary/representative**.
      
      - **Subject of the contract**.
      
      - **Contract number**.
      
      - **Contract date**.
      
      - **Contract price**.
      
      - Apply the **Including VAT** parameter if needed.
      
  1. Click **Save**.

In the account, fill in the details for one of the legal entities. Transmit the data for other entities via the [partner's account](https://yandex.com/partner-office).

Create a sub-username for each paying client of the agency. Next, complete the details for each client in the account.
