Medical services
You can advertise medical activities, except for medical services related to artificial termination of pregnancy.
Ads for remote/online medical services are subject to restrictions.
You can place ads for foreign healthcare clinics, medical services abroad, and medical tourism agencies.
Your ads and landing page must meet all legal requirements. For example, your ads must not:
- State the advertised service is completely safe or refer to specific cases of people being cured or their health improving.
- Contain claims of therapeutic effects for diseases that are incurable or difficult to treat, or refer to specific cases of people being cured or their health improving.
The ad must include the required disclaimer.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
To place ads, you'll need to provide specific documents, as required by the Russian Federal Law “On advertising” and Yandex placement policy.
How to submit documents
You can submit your documents anytime after sending your ads for moderation. If the only reason your ads weren't approved was missing documents, we will review all your ads again after we receive the documents. If your ads pass moderation, they will be approved for display. If any additional information is required, we will contact you.
Required documents
- A copy of the license, including the back and any appendices that show the address and the permitted types of medical care. The address for medical services on the license must match the address provided in your contact information and on your website. The legal entity name on the license must match the legal entity name on your website.
If you advertise products and services across multiple categories (for example, medical services and medicines), you must provide documents for each of them.
How do I submit documents?
Please send copies of your prepared documents to the Yandex Geo Advertising support team, including your campaign ID or order ID.
You can't place ads for remote/online medical services.
