Real estate collateral loans
You can advertise real estate collateral loans in Yandex Geo Advertising.
The ad must include the required disclaimer.
A microfinance organization can advertise the non-residential real estate collateral loans they offer to individuals and regular loans they offer to legal entities.
Your ads must comply with all requirements of the Russian Federal Law “On Advertising”. For example, ads for real estate collateral loans must contain the name and business structure of the legal entity. The ad must also include the notice “Check all the loan terms in the relevant section of the website. Assess your financial situation and risks.”
The information must be clearly visible to the user without using any special tools or performing any additional actions. The font should be legible at minimum resolution. The information must remain on screen long enough for the user to read the entire text in the frame at an average reading speed.
If your ad mentions an interest rate, provide a range of total costs for a consumer loan. These ranges should be stated before any information about interest rates, and the font size must be no smaller than that used for the interest rate information.
To place ads, you'll need to provide specific documents, as required by the Russian Federal Law “On advertising” and Yandex placement policy.
When to submit documents
You can submit your documents anytime after sending your ads for moderation. If the only reason your ads weren't approved was missing documents, we will review all your ads again after we receive the documents. If your ads pass moderation, they will be approved for display. If any additional information is required, we will contact you.
Required documents
To place your ads, we require one of these documents:

A copy of the banking license (including annexes).

A copy of the certificate of membership in a self-regulatory organization of consumer credit unions.

A copy of the certificate confirming the entry of the legal entity into the register of microfinance organizations.
If you're advertising products and services across multiple categories (for example, real estate collateral loans and insurance services), you must provide documents for each of them. You don't need to provide more than one copy of a single document.
