You can place ads for credit reporting agencies in Yandex Geo Advertising.
The ad must include the required disclaimer.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Your ads must comply with all requirements of the Russian Federal Law “On Advertising”. For example, ads for credit reporting agencies must contain the name and business structure of the legal entity. The information must be clearly visible to the user without using any special tools or performing any additional actions. The font should be legible at minimum resolution. The information must remain on screen long enough for the user to read the entire text in the frame at an average reading speed.
Documents are not required if it is made clear in the ad that you only offer consulting services.
If you provide credit reports, create or store credit histories, or offer other credit reporting services, you must submit certain documents to place your ads, as required by the Russian Federal Law “On Advertising” and Yandex policies.
When to submit documents
You can submit your documents anytime after sending your ads for moderation. If the only reason your ads weren't approved was missing documents, we will review all your ads again after we receive the documents. If your ads pass moderation, they will be approved for display. If any additional information is required, we will contact you.
Required documents
- A copy of the license for technical protection of confidential information.
If you're advertising products and services across multiple categories (for example, payment services and consumer credit reporting services), you must provide documents for each of them. You don't need to provide more than one copy of a single document.
How do I submit documents?
Please send copies of your prepared documents to the Yandex Geo Advertising support team, including your campaign ID or order ID.
No special documents are required for placement.
