Charitable organizations
You can advertise charitable organizations in Yandex Geo Advertising, including for the purpose of fund raising.
Ads in this category are classified as social advertising and will be marked with a “Social ad” icon.
Your ads and landing page must meet the social ad placement rules. For example, your ads must not contain:
- Threats, intimidation, vivid naturalistic or provocative imagery that evoke strong negative emotions (for example, asking for pity, aggressive demands for money, unfair manipulation of the feelings of civic duty, conscience, and patriotism, which produce a negative impression of individuals who are less demonstrative or active in expressing such feelings).
- Calls for help for a specific individual, fundraising for a specific individual (targeted aid), calls to help find a specific person, or expressions of gratitude to a specific individual or organization.
- Numbers of accounts belonging to a specific individual for whom you're raising funds, or links to pages with such data.
- Negative attitudes towards those who don't engage in charitable activities.
Make sure that the charitable organization's site contains:
- A description of the business of the advertised company or the purpose of the charity event.
- Details of the company (TIN or INN/KPP, OGRN, legal address, bank name, account number, correspondent account), company's contact information (actual address, email, phone number), and information about the company's executives and founders (full names).
- A report on the targeted use of collected funds (for the last 3 years or for the entire period of the organization's activity).
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Advertisers must have specific documents, as required by the Russian Federal law “On Advertising” and Yandex placement policy.
When to submit documents
You can submit your documents anytime after sending your ads for moderation. If the only reason your ads weren't approved was missing documents, we will review all your ads again after we receive the documents. If your ads pass moderation, they will be approved for display. If any additional information is required, we will contact you.

- A document issued by a credit organization confirming the details of the advertiser's account designated for fundraising.

For charitable foundations: A copy of the registration certificate confirming the organization's charitable status.

For commercial charity campaigns that mention a fund: A copy of the fund's registration certificate stating that it is a charitable organization.

No additional documents are required for commercial charity campaigns that don't mention a fund.
How do I submit documents?
Please send copies of your prepared documents to the Yandex Geo Advertising support team, including your campaign ID or order ID.
