Yandex Geo Advertising doesn't permit ads for services that artificially boost followers, friends, reposts, views, ratings, reviews, poll votes, clicks, or likes (including thumbs-up widgets on sites).

Yandex policies prohibit advertising the following:

* Automated methods and software for boosting social media pages.
* Selling engagement boosting services.
* Selling bots and accounts, with the exception of gaming accounts.
* Online income schemes that involve manipulating engagement.
