Create a campaign
Campaigns are created within an order. Create an order so you can create a campaign.
Step 1. Configure the main settings

Go to the order and click Create new campaign.

Specify the name of the campaign. We recommend using this format: Advertiser name — Ad format — Month.

Specify the start and end dates for the campaign.

Select the campaign category.

Specify the budget excluding VAT.

Set your daily spending limit for the campaign (excluding VAT). When the limit is reached, your ads will pause until the next day.
Tip
We recommend that you enable the Automatic limit option.

Set up the Schedule:

Select the time zone to calculate the days for ad display.

Choose the days and hours when your ads will be served.

Step 2. Set up targeting for routes
Select one of the options:
To set up route branding by categories, specify:
-
One or more categories that specify your organization's activities. You can select up to 20 categories for your campaign.

The region where organizations from the specified categories should be located. There's a preset list of regions you can select from.
Warning
This option is available only to organization or chain owners.
Increased coefficient applies.
Specify the organization or chain. Start typing the name in the search field and select one from the suggestions.
Step 3. Set up advertising mechanics
You can choose one or more mechanics. This affects the number of impressions, but not the cost. The more mechanics selected, the more times your ad will be shown on this route.

Prepare a pin:

Specify the campaign name that will be displayed next to the premium pin on the map. Maximum length is 19 characters.

Select the Yandex Business category that specifies your organization's activity. Maximum length is 19 characters.

Upload an image for the pin. It can be a trademark, logo, or abbreviated logo that meets the requirements.

Choose the background and border colors. The area on the right shows what the pin looks like in Yandex Navigator's light and dark modes.

Prepare a banner and text:

Write the title of your ad. Maximum length is 48 characters.

If the advertising law applies to your organization's activities, add a warning in the Disclaimer field.

Upload images for the banner that will open after the user taps the pin. The area on the right shows what the banner looks like in Yandex Navigator's light and dark modes.

Add buttons.
By default, the banner will have the Visit button so a user can get directions to the organization. You can add one more action button:

Call — helps users quickly contact the organization.

Link to site — navigates to the advertiser's site or their social media page. You can add a UTM tag to the link.

Prepare a premium banner: Upload an image that meets the requirements. The area on the right shows what the banner looks like in the app.

Add some text and specify the ad title that will appear below the banner. Description length: 35 characters max.

Choose the action that happens when the user taps your banner:

Site — to show the site after a banner tap, provide the site link.

Stories — to show ad stories after a banner tap, upload up to three stories and add a button to visit your site.

Fullscreen — to open a full-screen image of the banner after the user taps the banner, upload the image and add a button to visit your site.

Upload a billboard image that meets the requirements.

Prepare a banner:

Specify the organization name that will appear under the premium billboard. Maximum length is 48 characters.

If the advertising law applies to your organization's activities, add a warning in the Disclaimer field.

Select at least one button that will appear on the banner:

Call — helps users quickly contact the organization.

Link to site — navigates to the advertiser's site or their social media page. You can add a UTM tag to the link.

Where — helps users find the organization on the map and get directions to it. When advertising a chain, you can select all its branches or only some of them. The organization must be added to Yandex Business.
Note
The campaign won't pass moderation if you specify the location of your organization's direct competitors.

Step 4. Submit the campaign for moderation

Carefully check all the provided information.

Click:

Submit for moderation, if you're ready to submit your campaign for review and start impressions.

Save as draft, if you want to save your progress and return later.

Impressions in Yandex Navigator will begin after you pay the invoice and the advertising materials pass moderation, but not before the start date you selected.
