Create a campaign
Campaigns are created within an order. Create an order so you can create a campaign.
Step 1. Configure the main settings

Go to the order and click Create new campaign.

Specify the name of the campaign. We recommend using this format: Advertiser name — Ad format — Month.

Specify the start and end dates for the campaign.

Select the campaign category.

Specify the budget excluding VAT.

Set your daily spending limit for the campaign (excluding VAT). When the limit is reached, your ads will pause until the next day.
Tip
We recommend that you enable the Automatic limit option.

Set up the Schedule:

Select the time zone to calculate the days for ad display.

Choose the days and hours when your ads will be served.

Step 2. Set up targeting for routes
Select one of the options:
To set up route branding by categories, specify:

One or more categories that specify your organization's activities. You can select up to 20 categories for your campaign.

The region where organizations from the specified categories should be located. There's a preset list of regions you can select from.
Warning
This option is available only to organization or chain owners.
Increased coefficient applies.
Specify the organization or chain. Start typing the name in the search field and select one from the suggestions.
Step 3. Set up advertising mechanics
You can choose one or more mechanics. This affects the number of impressions, but not the cost. The more mechanics selected, the more times your ad will be shown on this route.

Prepare a pin:

Specify the campaign name that will be displayed next to the pin on the map. Maximum length is 15 characters.

Select the Yandex Business category that specifies your organization's activity. Maximum length is 15 characters.

Upload an image for the pin. It can be a trademark, logo, or abbreviated logo that meets the requirements. If your logo contains an image and text, we recommend using only the image for better clarity.

Choose the background and border colors. The section on the right shows how the pin will appear in Yandex Navigator's light and dark themes.

Prepare a banner and text:

Write the title of your ad. Maximum length is 48 characters.

If the advertising law applies to your organization's activities, add a warning in the Disclaimer field.

Upload images for the banner that will open after the user taps the pin. The section on the right shows how your banner will appear in Yandex Navigator's light and dark themes.

Add buttons.
By default, the banner will have the Visit button so a user can get directions to the organization. You can add one more action button:

Call — helps users quickly contact the organization.

Link to site — navigates to the advertiser's site or their social media page. You can add a UTM tag to the link.

Prepare a banner:

Upload a banner image that meets the requirements. The section on the right shows how the banner will appear in the app.

In the Ad category field, select the option you need from the drop-down list:
- Medicinal products, medical services, medical equipment.
The banner will display the disclaimer: "Contraindications apply. Consult your doctor." - Dietary supplements.
The banner will display the disclaimer: "Not a medicine". - Baby food for children under one year old.
Indicate the age in months. The provided value will appear in the banner disclaimer: "For feeding children frommonths. Breastfeeding is recommended. Consult your doctor." - New buildings.
Specify the name of the developer. The provided value will appear in the banner disclaimer: "For project declaration, visit наш.дом.рф. Developer. You can enter up to 55 characters in the Developer field. - Financial services.
Specify the name of your legal entity. The description will appear in the banner disclaimer. You can enter up to 50 characters in the field Legal entity providing financial services. - Loans or mortgages.
Specify the name of your legal entity. The description will appear in the banner disclaimer: ". Check all the loan terms in the relevant section of the site. Assess your financial capabilities and risks." - Certification.
Specify the legal entity and the accreditation record number. The description will appear in the banner disclaimer. You can enter up to 40 characters in the field Legal entity or full name of the sole proprietor. You can enter up to 20 characters in the field Accreditation record number in the register of accredited persons. - Educational video.
Specify an age restriction: 0+ / 6+ / 12+ / 16+ / 18+. The restriction will appear on the banner. - Other.
If you can't find the relevant category, use this option: the banner won't have a disclaimer.
If your campaign falls into two categories, such as new buildings with a mortgage, set one disclaimer in the Ad category field, and another one, directly in the banner image.

Add an ad text:

Specify the title that will appear under the banner. Maximum length is 48 characters.

Enter the text of your ad. Maximum length is 260 characters. The section on the right shows how the ad will appear in the app.

If the advertising law applies to your organization, add a warning in the Disclaimer for the ad card field. Maximum length is 200 characters. You can skip this field if you've already specified the ad category when setting up the banner.

Select at least one button that will appear on the banner:

Link to site — navigates to the advertiser's site or their social media page. You can add a UTM tag to the link.

Call — helps users quickly contact the organization.

Where — helps users find the organization on the map and get directions to it. When advertising a chain, you can select all its branches or only some of them. Make sure to add your organization to Yandex Business.
Note
The campaign won't pass moderation if you specify the location of your organization's direct competitors.

Upload a billboard image that meets the requirements.

Prepare a banner:

Specify the organization name that will appear under the billboard. Maximum length is 48 characters.

If the advertising law applies to your organization's activities, add a warning in the Disclaimer field.

Step 4. Submit the campaign for moderation

Carefully check all the provided information.

Click:

Submit for moderation, if you're ready to submit your campaign for review and start impressions.

Save as draft, if you want to save your progress and return later.

Impressions in Yandex Navigator will begin after you pay the invoice and the advertising materials pass moderation, but not before the start date you selected.
