Manage access

Access levels

Your access to orders and campaigns in the account depends on your role:

Administrator
The main representative of the advertiser who can manage all orders and access rights (the main username of the advertiser in Yandex Direct).
Can grant access for the manager and user roles.
Manager
An advertiser's representative who can manage orders to which they were granted access by the administrator. Can create orders.
Can grant access for user roles.
User
An advertiser's representative who was granted access by the manager or administrator. Can view campaign statistics but has no editing rights.

Your access to clients, orders, and campaigns in the account depends on your role:

Administrator

The main representative of the agency who can manage all orders, clients, and access rights (the main username of the agency in Yandex Direct). The administrator can create clients and add existing ones to the account.

Can grant access for the manager and user roles.

Manager

An agency's representative who can manage orders and clients to which they were granted access by the administrator. Can create orders, add clients, and grant statistics viewing access to client representatives.

Can grant access for user roles.

User

A client's representative who was given access by the manager or administrator. Can view campaign statistics but has no editing rights.

Grant access

Access can be granted for usernames such as username@yandex.ru. One username can have only one role in the system.

Administrators can grant manager and user roles, while managers can only grant the user role.

Manager access

  1. Open the Access rights tab.

  2. Click Add manager in the top right corner.

  3. Enter your email in username@yandex.ru format.

  4. Select a suggested username from the list.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Tap Done.

User access

  1. Open the Access rights tab.

  2. Click Add user in the top right corner.

  3. Enter your email in username@yandex.ru format.

  4. Select a suggested username from the list.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Tap Done.

Manager access

  1. Open the Access rights tab.

  2. Click Add manager in the top right corner.

  3. Enter your email in username@yandex.ru format.

  4. Select a suggested username from the list.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Choose the clients for which the manager requires order access.

  7. Tap Done.

User access

  1. Open the Access rights tab.

  2. Click Add user in the top right corner.

  3. Enter your email in username@yandex.ru format.

  4. Select a suggested username from the list.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Choose the clients for which the user requires order access.

  7. Tap Done.
