# Закрыть филиал сети

Когда филиал выходит из сети, кроме названия может измениться список товаров и услуг, условия работы, бонусная программа, качество обслуживания. Поэтому рейтинг и отзывы, полученные в составе сети, к нему применять больше нельзя.

Бывший филиал нужно оформить как новую компанию:

1. Закройте старый профиль компании:

   1. На странице **Организации** нажмите ссылку в названии компании.
   1. В левом меню перейдите в раздел **О компании** → **Данные**.
   1. Перейдите к блоку **Режим работы** и выберите нужный статус.

2. [Добавьте](https://yandex.kz/support/business-priority/ru/add-company/add-org.md#create) новую компанию в Яндекс Бизнес.
3. Обновите информацию на сайте сети.

Если вы обновляете данные сети с помощью XML- или CSV-фида, изменения вносите только в фид: удалите `company-id` филиала, который закрывается.

Вносить правки в личном кабинете при этом не нужно.
