# Tabs


## Open a page in a new tab{#open}

1. Tap and hold the page link.
1. In the context menu, tap:
    - **Open in new tab** to go to the link on a new tab.
    - **Open in background** to open the link on a new tab but stay on the current tab.

If you want to see the virtual keyboard when you open a new tab, go to **More settings** and turn on **Keyboard for new tab**.

## Tabs on other devices{#tabs-devices}

After syncing, Yandex Browser displays tabs that are open on a computer, tablet, or smartphone and [added to the cloud](https://yandex.kz/support/browser-mobile-android-tablet/en/navigation/tab-groups.md#actions).

**View tabs left open on other devices**




1. Above the SmartBox, tap ![](../_assets/groupoftabs-beta-menu-icon.png =22x).

    A list of all available groups and tabs will open:
    - at the top of the list — window tabs from your other devices;
    - below the separator — tab groups:

![](../_assets/not-sync-groupsoftabs.png =22x)  – local groups from this device. To store them in the cloud, tap ![](../_assets/not-sync-groupsoftabs.png =22x).
    
1. Select the tabs of the desired device: **computer**, **phone** or **tablet**.
