By scanning barcodes on products, you can confirm the loading of orders at the depot before departing on a route, as well as identify and record their unloading at the delivery location.
Scanning is used in three scenarios:
At the depot
In the depot card, you can see a list of products from orders that were assigned to your routes. Scanning helps you confirm that the items were loaded for delivery.
Upon arrival at the delivery location
Scanning helps you verify which order the item belongs to.
Return recording at the delivery location
If a client refuses part of the products or the entire order, scan the items to record that they weren't dispatched.
Warning
If a logistics coordinator moves an order from one vehicle to another during the delivery, information about all scanned orders on the route is reset.
Point the camera at the item barcode so that it appears within the frame on the screen.
If the camera doesn't recognize the barcode:
Tap Enter code manually.
Enter the first digits of the item code.
Select the item you need.
Repeat scanning for each item in the list. In the upper‑right corner, you can see a counter that displays the number of scanned items and the total number of items to be loaded.
When all the items are scanned, go back to the depot card and tap the Visited button.
Partial loading
If some products aren't available at the depot and can't be loaded:
In the product scanning window, tap .
Return to the depot card.
Tap Visited → Continue with partial load.
Identify a product at the delivery location
If you're unsure which order the item in the vehicle belongs to, scan its barcode — the app will show information about the product. To do this, open the order card and tap Check items.
Record the return of an item at the delivery location
If a client refuses part of the products, scan the information about the returned items. To do this:
Open the order card.
Tap → Partially delivered → Save and continue.
Specify the return reason and tap Continue.
Confirm the return reason.
Tap Scan and point the camera at the barcode of each returned item.
If the camera doesn't recognize the code, tap Enter code manually.
