# Setting up and viewing ratings

## Settings {#settings}

You can add an option to rate the delivery and write a comment to the [widget](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/interface/company.md#feedback-sections). This option is charged separately. To enable the option, contact [support](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/extras/feedback.md).

## Rating by client {#send}

When a courier leaves a depot, or at a certain moment before they arrive at the delivery location (for example, 30 minutes before), an SMS notification is sent to the client. If a delivery feedback option is enabled, the SMS also contains a link to a page where the client can leave a rating and write a comment. To change the rating or comment, they would need to follow the link again. The system displays the last rating and last comment for each order.

## Viewing ratings in Routing Workspace {#receive}

The dispatcher can view the rating and comment via the [order card](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/interface/orders.md) in Routing Workspace.

## Exporting a feedback report {#report}

You can view order ratings and reviews in the [Courier performance report](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/interface/quality-report.md) and export them to Excel.
