# Dashboard 

The **Dashboard** section provides a summary of statistics for the day. To view a summary for another day, click **Today** and select a date.

## Statistics {#total-statistics}

Summary order and courier statistics are displayed at the top of the dashboard. Order statistics include the following information:
- Number of refusals.
- Orders completed late and on time.
- Orders scheduled for delivery.
- Orders without a delivery forecast;
- Number of delays.

To view [orders](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/interface/orders.md) with a certain characteristic, click the link with their total number.

To go to the [courier list](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/interface/couriers.md#courier-list), click the link with their total number.

## Order statuses {#order-stat}

Delivery statuses are color-coded, delivery time issues are marked with "!" and "?", and location types are indicated with icons.

**Delivery statuses**

:   ![](../_images/order-white.svg): The order hasn't been delivered yet. It is on schedule.

  ![](../_images/order-blue.svg): The order was delivered.

  ![](../_images/order-black.svg) : The order was canceled or the client didn't pick up the phone.

**Delivery issue statuses**

:   ![](../_images/order-red.svg): The delivery will be delayed. To see the delay forecast, hover over the square.

**Location types**

  ![](../_images/drop-off-white.svg): Drop-off location, `drop_off` type.

  ![](../_images/car-white.svg): A start or end location that isn't a depot, `garage` type.

  ![](../_images/depot-white.svg): Unvisited depot, `depot` type.

  ![](../_images/depot-grey.svg): Unvisited depot when the planned delivery sequence has been broken, `depot` type.

**Control buttons**

If the courier was deleted from the system, “Courier deleted” is displayed instead of their username. The button for adding an order isn't displayed for deleted couriers.

## Courier statuses {#courier-status}

To find out the current status of a courier, hover over the icon to the left of the courier's name.

## Working with routes {#routes-actions}

You can perform several actions with routes:
 
* Add a route.

  Click **Add route** and specify its name, date, depot, courier, and transportation method.

  || Car | The default method, the courier travels the route by car. ||
  || Walk | The courier travels the route on foot. ||
  || Public transport | The courier travels the route by public transportation or on foot. ||

* Import the following information:

  * [Routes](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/load-data.md)
  * [Order items](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/functions/order-contents.md)

* Delete routes for the specified date.

You can't restore deleted routes.

## Route display order {#sorting}

You can sort the courier list in ascending or descending order by:

- Status.
- Vehicle type.
- Temperature.
- Name.
- Late deliveries.
- Order completion rate.
- Start time.
- Tracking start time (when coordinates were received).

## Filtering routes {#filters}

To display routes that meet specific criteria on the dashboard, use the filters.

* **By photo availability**

  To only see routes with or without photos in your list, click **All routes** and select one of the following options:

    * **Locations with photos**: A route will be displayed if the courier [uploads photos](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/orders#photo) to the card of at least one point in the [RouteQ](https://docs.routeq.com/doc/en/rq-app/) app.  
    * **Locations without photos**: A route will be displayed if at least one point doesn't have photos.

  By default, the list displays all routes.

  To highlight points with photos, enable the **Select locations with photos** option.

* **By depots**

  To only display routes with certain shipping depots on the dashboard, click **All shipping depots** and use the ![](./../_images/eye-open.svg) and ![](./../_images/eye-close.svg) icons to select the depots you need.

* **By observers**

  To only display routes with certain observers on the dashboard, click **All observers** and use the ![](./../_images/eye-open.svg) and ![](./../_images/eye-close.svg) icons to select the observers you need.
