# Delivery efficiency

The **Delivery efficiency** report is a dashboard with summary data on deliveries for a selected period.

In the **Depots** field, select the depots you want to generate a report for. By default, the report is generated for all depots used in the routes for the selected period.

Select a period for data analysis in the **Dates** field. You can select one of standard periods above the calendar or set a custom period. By default, the report is generated for one month.

## Order delivery rate {#order-delivery-rate}

The Order delivery rate graph shows the shares of orders with different statuses broken down by day.

The dashboard displays information for the following order types:

* **Unapproved orders**
* **Approved orders**
* **Partially delivered orders**
* **Delivered orders**
* **Rescheduled orders**
* **Canceled orders**

## Average number of delivered orders per courier {#average-number-of-delivered-orders}

On the **Average number of delivered orders per courier** graph, you can see how the number of orders delivered by a courier per day changes, where:

* **Median** is the median value for the number of delivered orders.
* **Average** is the average value for the number of delivered orders.

## Adherence to delivery intervals {#delivery-time-window-accuracy}

The **Delivery time window accuracy** graph displays data on orders that were delivered on time, earlier than the specified time interval, or with a delay.

## Average effective working hours {#average-effective-work-time}

The **Average effective work time** graph displays the changes in the average effective working hours of couriers. Effective hours are calculated as the ratio of productive time to the total number of couriers' working hours, where:

* Productive time is the difference between the total number of working hours of couriers and their [downtime](https://yandex.kz/routing/doc/en/delivery/functions/idle.md).
* The total number of working hours of couriers is calculated as the difference between the time of receiving the first and last coordinates from them.
* Downtime is the sum of downtime periods on the route:

    * Outside a location (long stops between two points on the route, such as between an order location and depot).
    * At the location (long unexpected stops at the order location, depot, and arbitrary starting points).
