**Very disappointing experience.** I placed an order for sushi and the estimated **ready time initially showed 15 minutes**, which was reasonable. But shortly after, it suddenly changed to **1 hour 15 minutes**, which is very misleading. I called the restaurant, and they told me the order would be ready in **20 minutes**, so I went there myself. After reaching and waiting those 20 minutes, they then asked me to **wait another 30 minutes**. This kind of constant delay and lack of clear communication is unacceptable. On top of that, they **did not offer a refund**, so I ended up leaving without my order. Even worse, I **never received any follow-up call or update** about the food. Overall, very poor service, unreliable ready times, and no accountability. I would not recommend this place.
