Reasonable prices, new assortment almost daily, posted prices, foreigners pay the same as Uzbeks. Good cakes, some even excellent. The workers are sometimes rude, because they want you to buy many pieces. They give you a hard time if you are just stopping in for a snack and want 1 small piece. This concept doesn't exist in Uzbekistan, especially if you are a foreigner. You should always spend a lot of money wherever you go because they have the idea that foreigners are rich. Cash only for small orders.
