This is a good store, and I always shop here and will continue to do so. However, I would like to address the unprofessional and ignorant behavior of the staff at this particular branch, especially the manager Astghik and the cashier Sona. Their ability to listen to a customer and handle a problem is absolutely zero. Please improve their customer service skills, because if someone else had been in my place, the situation could have easily turned into a much bigger argument. Simply for returning a eyeliner and choosing another one instead, they preferred to be rude and unhelpful rather than assist the customer properly.
