Terrible service and low quality food and drinks. Cappuccino is awful. And you get that all for ridiculously high price. The only people who can like this place are those who live in the hotel

The first two times I was there it was great. PS 5 is the reason I visited it) last time PS was not available and staff was not helpfull at all. Hope it will change.
