The facilities are old. The locker room is very small and tiny. In the past it used to be a decent place but not any longer. It is quite old and the membership fees are quite expensive. It is not worth the money. The staff are kind and nice, but facilities are not good.

Stunning authenticity, but service lacks professionalism. The Plov Museum (팔로브 박물관) is a brilliant concept. The interior is incredible, and the authenticity of the food is undeniable—it is truly one of the best places to experience the diverse regional plovs of Uzbekistan in a single setting. However, the service needs significant improvement to match the quality of the kitchen. * Front of House: I was disappointed by the hostess's attitude. There is a fine line between being witty and being dismissive; guests should not feel they are being "smart-talked" or met with cheeky responses upon arrival. Furthermore, despite having a reservation, I was told none existed when I arrived. * Waitstaff & Efficiency: The waiters are quite slow and frequently mix up orders. * Facility & Room Management: Some of the dining rooms are uncomfortably cold. It was also frustrating to see staff using the back room as a private gathering point, which made them noticeably unhappy when customers requested to sit there. They used various justifications to persuade us to move, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. I am writing this because I genuinely want this restaurant to succeed. The food and the cultural museum concept are 5-star, but the current service culture is holding it back.

Review: Stunning Views and Great Food Marred by Disrespectful Staff Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) I have mixed feelings about Restaurant 12. While the food and the setting are world-class, the front-of-house service is shockingly unprofessional for a restaurant where a meal for two easily exceeds $200. The Bad: My experience started poorly when I called from a taxi for directions. The hostess, Shahida, was dismissive, repeatedly telling me to 'just look it up on your map' instead of providing a landmark for the driver. When I arrived and politely addressed this with her in person, she brushed me off with a smirk, showing zero regard for guest satisfaction. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, another hostess named Milana began defending her colleague’s behavior instead of offering a simple apology. For a high-end establishment, this 'doing the customer a favor' attitude is arrogant and misplaced. The Good: If it weren't for our waiter, Nikolai, we would have walked out. Nikolai was the complete opposite—polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He made excellent food recommendations, and the meal itself was delicious. The 12th-floor view is, as expected, stunning and easily one of the best in Tashkent. Verdict: You are paying for the view and the kitchen's talent, but you have to deal with a reception team that clearly lacks basic hospitality training. Management needs to realize that high prices should come with high-level respect. Until the hostess staff is either properly trained or replaced, be prepared for a bit of a headache before you get to your table. A quick tip for the management (if i may): A $200 dinner starts the moment a guest calls for a reservation or directions, not when the food hits the table. Shahida and Milana are currently devaluing the hard work of your kitchen and servers like Nikolai.

Only by name it is korean food. Food is horrible. Banchan (side dishes like salads) are old and not fresh. They offer you to pay in cash for a discount, and that constitutetheir desireto avoid taxes. Service is so so. Don't recommend at all.

Givibg 5 starts just to recognize the hard work and effort of staff who have managed to make significant improvements into airport service. For those expats who have been long enough, you know well that the flight time was shorter than time for passing immigration and picking up luggage and passing customs. Thank you for improvements, keep up the good job. Looking forward to opening of a decent Uzbek restaurant at airport. Imagine taking plof with you for a New York flight.

This place is a total mess. Watch out for pickpocket experts. Just get your local friend who is good at bargaining to go with you. Otherwise try to avoid this place.

Food is great but super expensive. Service is alright but waiters have a smart ass attitude. Instead of helping select a nice meal they try to show you how stupid you are in not knowing or understanding menu. Parking lot is quite challenging.

Parking lost is a total mess. You have to remember well your way in and out of parking lot. You can not come just to B2 from any elevator and expect to find your vehicle. All shops are overpriced. Sales staff are very arrogant, no service mind at all. Only restaurants have decent service and food.

Service is slow. Staff have an attitude. Not enough place to seat while waiting. Only after waiting for an eternity and coming to counter they tell you that you got the wrong number and need to get a new one. There is no one at machine to direct people.
