Terms of Use for Yandex.Walks Service

1. General Provision

1.1. YANDEX LLC (hereinafter, “Yandex”) offers an Internet user (hereinafter, the “User”) to use the Yandex.Walks Service available at https://yandex.ru/promo/walks (hereinafter, the “Service”).

1.2. These Terms shall form a supplement to Yandex Service User Agreement governing the use of the Service. In any other respects not covered by these Terms, the relationship between Yandex and the User concerning the use of the Service shall be governed by the User Agreement for Yandex Services (https://yandex.kz/legal/rules), the License to use Yandex Search Engine (https://yandex.kz/legal/termsofuse), the Privacy Policy (https://yandex.kz/legal/confidential), the Terms of Use for Yandex.Maps Service (https://yandex.kz/legal/maps_termsofuse)and License Agreement for the Use of Yandex.Walks Program for Mobile Devices (https://yandex.kz/legal/walks_agreement).

1.3. The User shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms as well as the terms of all the above documents upon starting the use of the Service / its individual functions in full without any reservations and exceptions. Should the User do not agree to any of the provisions of the said documents, the User shall not be entitled to use the Service.

1.4. Yandex may alter these Terms without giving any special notice; the new version of the Terms shall be valid after being published online at the address specified in this paragraph, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Terms. The current version of the Terms shall always be available at https://yandex.kz/legal/walks_termsofuse.

1.5. Should the User not agree to any of the changes made hereto by Yandex in the manner prescribed by paragraph 1.4 of these Terms, the User shall stop using the Service.

2. Use of the Service

2.1. Any information used in the Service (hereinafter, the “Data”) shall be used exclusively for private noncommercial purposes. At the same time, the Data shall not be copied, reproduced, reworked, distributed, made available to the public (published) on the Internet or used in mass media and/or for commercial purposes without a prior written consent of the right holder, except as permitted by these Terms, the terms of use for other Yandex services or the documents referred to in paragraph 1.2 hereof.
